A new machining centre for the Bern workshop
Three cells rebuilt around a single pallet pool, and a fifth off the cycle time.

The new line runs three shifts a day, and the first measured results are in. Cycle time fell by a fifth.
Three cells were rebuilt around a single pallet pool. The operators kept their programmes; only the fixturing and the tool presetting moved. Nothing about the machines themselves changed.
We did not buy a single new machine. We bought back the hours between them.
The same cell is available for evaluation — see the TM-0 toolroom mill it is built around, or get in touch to arrange a visit.
Tell us what you need to produce — an engineer will answer.
